Surgery is Done

The surgeon came to talk to us and everything went well with Noah's surgery. He is in the pediatric cardiac ICU (PCICU) and will be heavily sedated tonight to keep him comfortable. He has 3 chest tubes for fluid drainage, an atrial line to monitor heart pressures, on a ventilator to help with breathing and other IVS for medicines. Our goal now is to slowly decrease all of that "stuff". We haven't been back there to see him yet. The PCICU needs to get him set up, so we will post back later.
