Goodbye Spring, Hello Summer!

Although Summer has not officially begun, many of our Spring programs have come to an end. Our biggest farewell was Isabel's kindergarten year. I remember the second week of school she was ready for school to be over. She hated having to get up early and go to school 5 days a week. By the end of the school year, she was sad to know that she would no longer be in Mrs. H's class. Isabel loved her teacher and we are thankful for a wonderful kindergarten year.

Isabel's gymnastics session has also ended. She enjoyed going to class and has perfected her handstands and cartwheels. Shes loves doing them every chance she can. Her last day of gymnastics, the class showed off their routines for the parents. Look at what she mastered....what an accomplishment!!

Isabel climbed to the top of the rope the very last day!!

Noah also finished another year at Lee Rd Methodist. He made some new friends and really enjoyed his class. Here are some pictures from his end of school year program.

For most of the program, Noah showed off the back of his head.

Now that school's out, we plan on having some summer fun. Isabel has started swim team again this year....Noah will just swim. He desperately wants to be part of the team, but he still needs his swimmies. Maybe with a few more swim classes, he may be ready next year. Over Memorial Day weekend, we spent the weekend at Lake Hartwell. We stayed at a nice lake house with my parents, Jessie, Daniel and Drew. The weather was great, although there were a few short showers. We had a great time and can't wait to make it back on the lake!
