So Christmas has come and gone so quickly. The kids really enjoyed the holiday season. We tried to fit as much as we could in like the holiday lights at Roper Mountain and Hollywild zoo. We also did horse carriage ride in Fountain Inn and of course seeing Santa at the Mall (and other locations). Luckily, Isabel did not ask why Santa looked different everywhere we went. I will have to be prepared next year for this question. We also tried to focus not only on Santa, but also Jesus' birthday. She made a birthday cake for Jesus and was apart of the play at her school. She was the innkeeper and had a speaking part. She did great.
Noah also was a part of a Christmas program at his school. He didn't really sing, but he did stay in his spot. He had a gazed look the whole time. He probably was wondering why everyone was staring at him.

Well, the kids got everything they wanted and then some. We had to rearrange our playroom to fit the new toys in. Thank goodness for a baby cousin because we got rid of alot of toys too. Not only did the kids get what they wanted, John and I did too.....Noah has finally taken on to the potty training thing. He has done wonderful with his big boy underwear. That was the biggest present of all. My next big gift is getting him to sleep AND stay in his room all night. I guess that can be the perfect Valentine's gift for mom...a full nights sleep. We'll keep ya posted!!
